You will only be our Client (receiving Legal services) in certain circumstances
Unless and until you or your organisation sign a Disclosure Notice and Costs Agreement with Blaze Business & Legal for Legal services and return this to the nominated email address, you and/or your organisation will not be considered a Client of Blaze Business & Legal and no Legal advice or Legal services will be provided to you.
Blaze Business & Legal and Rachelle Hare are legally unable to provide you with Legal services or Legal advice until you sign and return the Disclosure Notice and Costs Agreement.
If you feel that any business advice being provided to you resembles Legal advice or Legal services, please notifiy us in writing and we will carefully consider whether a Disclosure Notice and Costs Agreement should be signed by you or your organisation. Regardless of your interpretation, Blaze Business & Legal and/or Rachelle Hare will not be liable (and disclaim all liability to the fullest extent of the law) for any business advice given to you to the extent that you or your organisation claims it is Legal advice or Legal services.
You will only be our Client (receiving business advisory services) in certain circumstances
You and/or your organisation will not be our Client, for the purpose of receiving business advisory services (or any other services other than Legal services) until we provide you with a written Quotation and you accept our Quote in writing within 10 Business Days.
Templates, Checklists and other documents
Blaze Business & Legal and/or Rachelle Hare will have no liability to you and/or your organisation for any templates, checklists or other documents provided on or through our website, whether you purchased these or downloaded them from our website without payment. You may place no reliance on anything in these documents, which are intended to be general guides that do not apply to your specific circumstances or those of your organisation.
The maximum liability Blaze Business & Legal and/or Rachelle Hare will bear (no matter how it arises) from any use by you or your organisation of any such templates, checklists or other documents will be the amount you can verify that you paid for those documents (or if no amount was paid by you, the maximum liability will be zero).
No Liability
Blaze Legal Pty Ltd (the company behind Blaze Business & Legal) and Rachelle Hare will have no liability to you or your organisation for any information, suggestions, recommendations or advice that you may provide to your organisation following training by Rachelle, reading any content on this website, or informational products provided to you or which you may purchase.
We will also have no liability to you or your organisation for any:
- discussion with you, or training or information provided to you – these are provided for informational purposes only and at your own risk; and
- information, suggestions, recommendations or advice that you receive from Rachelle Hare, any staff of Blaze Business & Legal or from this website – these are given generally and are not intended to be advice tailored to you or your organisation’s needs that you can rely upon.
